Nice App! It would be great to be able to download a more detailed map to use when youre offline. However, overall a great app to use when travelling New Zealand.
This app was extremely helpful during our stay in NZ. We also discovered many awesome "things to do", that we didnt have on our list!
This product is an absolute must if you travel through NZ. Even if you are not camping at all. Food stores, wifi hotspots, petrol stations, libraries...name it and the app will tell you! On the base of google maps this really works very stable and will always help you on the way! Great product!

Some bad moments

A group of us travelled round New Zealand in a van we purchased in Auckland, went all around the country using Campermate as our main tool for finding facilities. Especially loved the interesting tips left by other ppl which was super helpful

This app is great! It showed locations of markets, gas stations, toilets, showers, places of interest and much more. The best part is it shows hard to find freedom camping spots. Once opened it does not need internet and works on GPS and is accurate.
This app is truly amazing if youre planning a camper van trip in NZ I just got back from two weeks in the camper with my husband, and this app was one of the most useful that we downloaded before we left. It seems to be very accurate, and is more comprehensive than some of the other similar apps available. Plus it works offline, critical in NZ.
Helps you sort by price, which can help with selection. Shows a map and description of the site and in app reviews can help you know a little more or hidden tips about the site (does it have free wi-fi, showers, or sandflys?). I used this to find camping spots of all prices during two weeks in New Zealand and it was a life saver! I really wish there was a north america version!
This app is fantastic for those traveling by camper van around New Zealand. We just returned from a one month journey and we used this app nearly every day. Even offline it worked really well and helped us plan and navigate to the best spots. A little tricky to get the offline maps (which it was automated) but highly recommend!
